Batro made the Chistmas pudding. Each one of them takes an all nighter in the slow oven in the Aga. Here Batro stands with the man who taught him such a lot, our iconic Chef now retired, Derek Louw. Uhm, that's not a christmas pudding lesson, that's a christmas omelete 🎄
