It's a perfect Sunday thing to do. Take a Sunday lunch cruise through to Barrydale in blossom and catch up with a legendary blues-rock guitarist.

 It's the obvious thing to do but a review of what a performer is up to via their social media platforms gives a good indication of who you're dealing with.

No question about it, South Africa's leading blues rock guitarist and singer songwriter Albert Frost is on the move. Including a great recent colab with Arno Carstens. But we all know where social media comes from .. 

At the end of the day it's not what he or they, his social media team, says, it's how he sings, plays and performs. You be the judge.
