Cathy Milner returns to Karoo Art 2023 with the Art of Oils

We're excited to announce that Cathy returns to us for another workshop from 15-17 Feb 2023. It'll be the first of 3 workshops in the year each with a different focus. This is on oils.

There was a high demand for Cathy's  August  2022 workshop and due to the fact that she can only accomodate a limited number of participants it sold out very quickly. Here's a chance for all those who were disappointed to join Cathy in Feb 2023. The costs of the workshop are detailed below.
